Jeff Watson
Owner & CEO
Ever since he was young, Jeff has nurtured a passion for the building industry. He attributes that passion as a driving factor in the success of Carriage Manor. He will be the first to tell you, ‘I love what I do!” Jeff started Carriage Manor Builders in 1991 and is still going strong! When Jeff is not building homes or renovations for our clients, he enjoys camping, RV’ing, boating, snowshoeing, biking, and pretty much anything else outdoors. Jeff has three daughters (Allison, Ashley, and Emily) and two dogs (Spanky and Ellie). He also raises chickens and donates most of the eggs. Jeff is a board member of the Columbia Montour Chamber of Commerce and is on the Montour County Task Force. Jeff is also involved in the Christ Wesleyan Church in Milton, and participates with the Men’s Ministry and Adult Bible Studies. You will get to know Jeff throughout the design and construction process as he is intimately involved in each stage and is routinely onsite.
Nick Johnston
Owner & Vice President
New Home & Renovation Consultant & Estimating/Purchasing
Nick is a Danville native who grew up around the construction industry. He has been a New Home Consultant with Carriage Manor Builders since 2005. He graduated from Danville Area High School in 2001, Bloomsburg University in 2005, and completed his Masters of Business Administration at the University of Scranton in 2014. Nick enjoys volunteering and giving back to the community through organizations such as the American Red Cross, Maria Joseph Manor Continuing Care Community, and the Columbia-Montour Boy Scouts of America. Nick resides in Danville with his lovely wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys landscaping, biking, hiking, camping, skiing, and scuba diving. Rob Lunger
Owner & Treasurer/Secretary
New Home & Renovation Consultant & Drafting
Rob has been in the construction industry since 2000; most of those years with Carriage Manor Builders. He has a degree in Architectural Drafting and Design from Thaddeus Stevens College and recently earned his degree in Psychology and Christian Counseling from Liberty University. Rob is on the board of directors at the Danville Child Development Center as well as co-leads a Bible study in the Columbia County Prison, among other activities he is involved with in the community. He also spent time in Rwanda working with orphans and survivors of the 1994 genocide. In his spare time, Rob enjoys riding his motorcycle, being outside, and going to playgrounds with his daughter. Rachel Cymbala
Office Administrator
New Home & Renovation Consultant
Rachel is a Berwick Area High School graduate and has her Bank Operations Diploma and Supervisor Certificate from the Pennsylvania Banker’s Association. Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, skiing, traveling, and the outdoors. She recently finished building a new home for her growing family so she has now lived the Carriage Manor experience firsthand!
